PUREBRED HERDS

 

At present, there are only two herds remaining from the pure blood horses of Ziad Khan’s strain of the Dareshuri horse, located in Semirom and Shiraz.

The herd in Semirom is managed by Mahdi Setorg Dareshuri, son of Amanollah Khan Setorg Dareshuri and grandson of Ziad Khan, and owned by his father Amanollah Khan.

The herd in Shiraz is under the ownership and care of Dr. Esmailpoor.
